Before: 3 Unit bridge with chipped porcelain molar (supporting metal showing on molar tooth), poor enamel color match to patient's natural teeth, and poor fit around the patient's gumline.
After: Replaced Bridge with an All Porcelain Bridge. The new bridge now also matches the patient's natural tooth color and was designed to properly fit around the gumline. Proper fit aids in decreasing decay and the ease of the patient's ability to clean around a bridge.

Before: Old porcelain crown has large abcess (swelling) on the gums. This tooth was extracted and a temporary bridge was placed at the same appointment. The patient never left the office without the appearance of a tooth.
After: New porcelain bridge was placed. Notice the lack of grey line at gums from the masking of the metal substructure in the new bridge. The depression above the fake tooth (second from the right) is from bone loss due to previous abcess. Implants can help reduce this problem by maintaining bone levels.
